Can the program be implemented virtually?
Yes, definitely. The developers created a Guidance Document that addresses challenges and successes of virtual Bounce Back implementation.
What assistance has the developer provided/continuing to provide?
The developers and expert trainers continue to host virtual trainings and consultations calls as scheduled. Virtual trainings provide an opportunity to address how to implement Bounce Back via tele-delivery.
How are trainings being offered?
There are several ways to receive Bounce Back training.
Online Training Course: Free online training and materials are available. This free course provides 6 hours of CEU’s approved by the American Psychological Association and the National Board of Certified Counselors.
Live Trainings: This training is 9 hours total and is conducted over the course of 1.5-days. Certified Bounce Back Faculty travel to deliver the training onsite.
NOTE: Training is 1 day if clinician is trained in CBITS.
Virtual: Bounce Back training can be conducted via the Zoom platform. Certified Bounce Back trainers typically deliver the course over three 3-hour modules.
NOTE: It is recommended that a professional with clinical mental health training deliver the Bounce Back program. Recommended training varies depending on the level of pre-existing expertise and the availability of an onsite Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) expert.
