This two page logic model captures the key inputs, outputs, risk and protective factors, and expected short and long term outcomes for the Positive Action program.  The first page provides a simpler overview, while the second page provides more details.  This logic model was developed by the Penn State EPIS Project in collaboration with Carolyn Peterson from Positive Action, Inc.
